A Treat with a Trick

If you want to give a little scare to some friends or your family here is a recipe that’ll sure have people wondering “what were you thinking?”

They’re called Falcon Wings. Just like a real falcon wing, these wings are also black.

8 whole chicken wings (tips included)
12 ozs low sodium soy sauce
1 cup brown sugar1/4 cup
scallions (chopped)
2 tbsps oil (chili sesame, or plain sesame oil)
1 tbsp garlic paste (ginger)
1 in fresh ginger (piece of)
1/4 cup sriracha
2 tbsps honey
4 drops food coloring (blue)

Even though these wings look scary and nasty, they’re full of flavor.

Sweet, Spice and Everything Nice

No matter where I go, who I talk to or where I look, everyone loves fried chicken. Rather it’s naked or beaded or boneless or the traditional bone in.

One of my favorite places to go to get wings is the famous Buffalo Wild Wings, also known as “B Dubs.” They offer a variety of wing sauces and you can get them boneless or traditional. My favorite is traditional wings tossed in the Asian zing sweet and spicy chili sauce. It’s finger licking good and it has a kick to it.

The good thing about Buffalo Wild Wings is that you have a variety of sauces to choose from 16 to be exact ranging from mild to extremely hot. If you don’t have a huge appetite and just want a few to satisfy your hunger they offer a small portion size which is about 6 wings for about 8 dollars. A medium size has 12 for about 12 dollars and for those wing lovers with huge appetites, a large portion has 20 wings for about 18 dollars. That’s a winner, winner chicken dinner in my eyes. You have the option to get them with fries with goes great with the sauce of your choice.
